How do I check the status of my kit?

You can track your Whole Genome Sequencing kit status right from your Sequencing Dashboard. Once you’ve activated a kit, it appears at the top of your dashboard under Kit Status. Click View under the Status column to see exactly where your sample is in the process. Standard sequencing averages 8 to 10 weeks, Expedited takes around 5 to 7 weeks, and Ultra Rapid is typically 2 to 3 weeks.

Sign in and go to your dashboard. The Kit Status section appears at the top once a kit is activated. Click View next to your kit to see details.
Each status reflects a current stage of your sample, from activation to sequencing to analysis. Clicking View shows the precise phase.
Standard sequencing takes about 8 to 10 weeks, Expedited takes 5 to 7 weeks, and Ultra Rapid takes 2 to 3 weeks.
