Deleting DNA Data & Files

You can permanently delete DNA data files, DNA reports, and any file stored in your Sequencing account at any time.
Deleted files cannot be recovered.
To delete a file:
- Sign In to your account.
- Go to the Files section.
- Find the genome that contains the file you want to delete and click on that genome (the circle with the letters).
- Go to the 'Files' tab on the left side and find the file you want to delete.
- Under the 'Actions' column, click the trash can icon.
- Confirm you want to permanently delete your file.
